Like many businesses, we have activated our Business Continuity plans to address the potential impact of COVID-19 on our service delivery. Our team have been working full out to support our customers to put their own plans in place. We know your business depends on us keeping all of your systems running smoothly! We would like to share some of the actions we have taken to address the current challenges and ensure we can continue to provide the top quality service you are used to!
Throughout this period we will be complying with Government COVID-19 guidelines to keep our staff and customers safe.
Over the past few years we have invested in the software and hardware infrastructure necessary for all our systems to work remotely. All of our team are working from home at the moment as we moved to a fully remote service delivery model when lock down was announced.
With the restricted travel and face to face contact we have instead reverted to phone or Teams meetings and we are shipping pre-configured equipment rather than delivering it to site in person. We are still completing site visits for critical issues and this will continue for the time being but is under constant review. We will discuss with you how to minimise the risk to both parties before the visit. We will do this on a case by case basis as the guidance is changing daily.
We have been incredibly busy over the past few weeks supporting our customers to reconfigure their businesses and we would like to thank everyone for their continued patience and support. We would also like to thank our amazing team who have gone well above and beyond the call of duty to ensure our customers are fully operational in their work from home situations, all whilst keeping our high standards of customer service.
