At the dawn of a new decade we wish all our amazing customers and suppliers a very Happy New Year!

As we say goodbye to 2019, we reflect that it has been an immense year for WebbyTech. We are immeasurably proud to have been named in Britain’s Best 50 Managed IT Companies, this accolade is testament to the hard work of everyone involved and we have only achieved it with our entire team working together. Our customer excellence is at the forefront of everything we do and for this to be recognised with the award compounds its importance and makes us even more determined to continue the same way.

We expanded our space and moved office twice, we hired more staff to ensure we continue to give our customers the dedicated service they expect from us. We have invested time to put our values down on paper, defining who we are as a company. We believe that Our Values shape us and by documenting these for the world to see, can ensure that we work with other like minded people. It is very easy to see that for us People come first, be that employees or customers, or even a chance encounter with someone, ensuring positive interactions and driving relationships is what we value most.

Probably our biggest and most ambitious undertaking to date occurred in November, when we took over another IT company, expanding our customer base into Hertfordshire with an office in Hitchin as well as, London, Braintree and Southend. This investment in our growth has propelled us forward and allows us to have more stability by increasing our number of contracted customers, provides better buying power with our suppliers and the ability to secure more competitive prices on the products we deliver to our customers. We have more employees, as we welcome Dan and Richard to the fold, we are lucky that they are already completely customer centric and highly skilled at what they do, but are still facing a learning curve as they integrate into how WebbyTech operate. We are looking forward to the next few months where we will see our new customers embedded within our systems, allowing us to provide to them our proactive approach and full visibility via our comprehensive ticketing system.

So here’s to 2020, may it bring everyone the purpose and courage to follow their dreams and make them reality, let go of the fear of failure and see just how much you can achieve! The JK Rowling quote is very apt “Some failure in life is inevitable. It is impossible to live without failing at something, unless you live so cautiously that you might as well not have lived at all—in which case, you fail by default.”
